It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I begin my second year as the Vice Principal/Curriculum Supervisor for Bedminster Township School. I am truly thankful about how welcoming the school and the community have been. I have worked with numerous stakeholders to provide an effective and productive school experience for all. We will continue to learn how best to communicate and execute a positive school enviroment that is conducive to learning and fun. Bedminster Township School has a reputation for excellence in education and a strong pride within the community. I am confident that we can continue to provide the students of this school with a truly challenging education, while fostering a sense of pride throughout the community.
Before coming here, I was a Supervisor of Curriculum/Instruction at a high performing charter high school in Jersey City. Before that, I had the pleasure of serving as a Vice Principal for the Lafayette Township School and the Alpine Township School Districts. I have been a teacher for thirteen years. I have had the opportunity to teach multiple subjects at all grade levels, but mostly as a middle school science teacher. I have coached wrestling and lacrosse at the high school level and have recently served as a volunteer coach for my two daughters’ lacrosse teams.
I enjoy spending as much time with my family as possible, especially enjoying our time in the waters of LBI. I enjoy being outdoors, trying to play golf and exploring new places. I’m very personable, professional and approachable. As an educator, I have always tried to do what is best for my students.
As your Vice Principal, I will continue to do my best to assist the administration, staff, students and parents as needed. I believe in cultivating a school culture that is safe and conducive to learning. As a Curriculum Supervisor, I will support teachers with the resources they need to be successful and a curriculum that is relevant and rigorous.
I am extremely honored to be a part of the Bedminster community. I look forward to having a productive 2018-2019 school year.
