Health Screenings

•  Annual height, weight and blood pressure screening for all students K-8.

• Vision in grades pre-K, K, 2, 4, 6, 8.  Color vision testing Grade 2

•  Hearing in grades Pre-K, K, 1, 2, 3, and 7.

•  Scoliosis screening in Grades 5 and 7 (Letter and opt-out form will be sent home)

Note: Vision and hearing screenings may also be completed on request from a parent or teacher or as part of an IEP, 504 or I&RS evaluation
